HSBC says to keep KEB listed if deal goes through
SEOUL (Reuters) - HSBC Holdings , whose $6.3 billion (3.15 billion pound) bid to buy Korea Exchange Bank (KEB) has stalled over a legal saga, pledged on Tuesday to keep KEB listed and name local directors if the acquisition goes through.

Ryanair to cut Stansted services
BUDGET airline Ryanair today warned of hundreds of job losses at Stansted Airport as it announced a 14% cut-back in flights for the coming winter. Jobless count rises again
THE number of people claiming unemployment benefit rose at the sharpest rate for more than 15 years last month, official figures revealed yesterday. The Jobseeker's Allowance claimant count rose by 15,500 in June to 840,100- the biggest monthly increase since December 1992.

FTSE falls early on weak oils and HBOS
